Swim Sessions
All of our sessions are structured to be fun and sociable. Our sessions include the time taken entering and exiting the pool area. We ask that you arrive dressed appropriately ready to get in the pool if you are entering the pool with your dog and to exit the pool swiftly at the end of your session to allow for our next scheduled booking to enter the pool area on time.
Please make sure that your dog has been toilet exercised before your session and please be mindful not to feed your dogs before bringing them swimming. Ideally, feed them no less than 2 hours before your session and wait 2 hours after to reduce the risk of bloat.

Sessions are adapted to suit each individual dogs temperament and ability to gain confidence in and around water. Some dogs may choose not to swim and regretfully no refunds will be issued in this instance.
We have lots of toys and a range of buoyancy aids / jackets for your dogs to assist in gaining their confidence.
20 minutes of continuous swimming is the maximum recommendation for most dogs so small frequent breaks will be encouraged.
Please give your dog a good brush or blast before your session to help keep the pool clean.
We have the right to refuse extremely dirty dogs without a refund.

We have a number of swim sessions so please choose the one that best suits your dog. All sessions are attended with us in the pool encouraging your dog, so you don’t have to get wet if you don’t want to.
Inductions
Our induction sessions are designed to ensure your dog has an enjoyable introduction to pool swimming. During the session, we will assess your dog's comfort level, swimming ability, and any specific needs or concerns.
The session includes a discussion with the owner about your dog's needs, safety guidelines in and around the pool, and what to expect in future visits.
We will start your dog in a buoyancy jacket, and will gently guide your dog into the water using positive reinforcement to build confidence and familiarity with the pool, our ramp and our staff.
Who can get in the pool? To ensure your dog is not overstimulated, you may not enter the pool for the first 5 mintues of the session while our trainer works with your dog one-to-one.
Induction is a one-time requirement before booking future swims. To ensure you and your dog get the most out of their time with us, we recommend inducting up to two dogs per 30 minute session. If you wish to induct multiple dogs, please contact us to advise which session is most suitable.
