Very welcoming staff! My dog is normally uncomfortable with these kind of ramps but didn't seem bothered at all by this one and used it with ease unlike some other places we have visited! Brilliant gate system as well which worked for many things like keeping the dog focused on the pool. Will certainly be going again!

Absolutely fabulous pool and Julie is wonderful with the dogs. My boy loves it there and goes mad as soon as I indicate to turn into the car park.

An absolutely brilliant experience for your dogs. Ours gained so much confidence that by the end of the session they were jumping off the dock to get in to swim. Julie is super helpful in the pool and shows you everything you need to do to make sure your dog gets the best out of their session. We can't wait to go again. Highly recommend Swim Dog.

Great first session with our mini dachshund today! He isn't a fan of getting in water but he was getting the hang of it by the end, it really boosted his confidence and we can't wait to come back.

We took our pointers to Swim Dog today. What a wonderful facility. We were made to feel very welcome and the pool and surroundings were spotless. Dogs and humans had a fantastic time and we can't wait to come back.

Absolutely wonderful. We took three dogs along, one of which is 50kg and scared of water. Julie was amazing, sat on the ramp and cuddled and snuggled her. Had her in the water within minutes. She even went in for two or three more. We will be making this a regular outing. So much thought has been put into the layout and set up, it's just what Newquay needed.

Wow, Julie is amazing. I wasn't sure if Zeus would like this, but he grew massively in confidence in minutes. Gentle encouragement from his new best friend and he was swimming without a life jacket, loving it and didn't want to leave. He even dropped a ball for Julie to throw which he never does!

Just had my first session with my girl who is anxious with the water. She made amazing progress and was so good to see her swimming. Everything is so well organised and the guys are super welcoming and friendly. Both me and my girl had a great time.
