To ensure a successful booking, please read and follow the prompts below.

Cannot find a session time that suits you? We add new group sessions every week based on demand (nobody likes a empty party!), but if you can't find a session to suit you please get in touch and we can see what we can do.

Thank you for your patience. If you require any support with your booking, please don't hesitate to contact us directly.

Tips to ensure a successful booking:

  • When prompted, please input your postcode in two parts, for example TR8 5AA, not TR85AA. Typing the postcode in one part may cause the booking to fail.
  • Sometimes bookings may fail unexpectedly, and your chosen timeslot will appear unavailable. Our system holds all bookings for 10 minutes, so please wait for this time to elapse and refresh the booking page. Your timeslot should now reappear and you can resubmit your booking. 
  • If the booking page appears empty, please refresh the page. This will refresh the calendar and show our live availability.
  • Please only select one swim session at a time (as indicated by the tick boxes in the top left corner of the tiles). Having multiple sessions selected may cause the calendar to appear empty.
